NSW: Bushfire crisis declared over
Wild storms which forced the evacuation of residents and blacked out homes have alsobrought an early end to the New South Wales bushfire emergency.
The crisis was officially declared over today as authorities revealed $70 million wasbeen spent battling the state's worst-ever bushfires.
Authorities say it is a miracle no lives were lost in the devastation which razed 170homes and other buildings.
