CAMBRIDGE -- Rensselaer County's chief prosecutor called on county teenagers Thursday for information about any involvement with massage therapist Anthony S. Autera, who is charged with sodomizing a Washington County boy.
Charges against Autera have created concerns he may have committed similar crimes in Rensselaer County, said Acting District Attorney Kenneth R. Bruno.
Autera, 66, of Cambridge, an unlicensed therapist, came in contact with some 1,600 boys over the years. He was arrested last week and arraigned before a Cambridge town justice on third-degree sodomy charges.
