NSW: Police detain another suspected illegal immigrant

SYDNEY, April 12 AAP - Police today detained another suspected illegal immigrant from a
boat which ran ashore on the New South Wales mid-north coast at the weekend.

A police spokesman said the man was found about 1pm in Way Way State Forest, north of
Kempsey.

The arrest brought the number of people in custody over the incursion to 59, the spokesman
said.

Four other people were found in Kempsey early this morning.

The boat people scrambled ashore when their 40 metre long tugboat ran ashore at Scotts Head
in the early hours of Saturday.
