Police Log ; Burglary Criminal Mischief Drugs Simple Assault Dui Harassment Megan's Law Violation Theft

EAST COCALICO TWP.: A burglar entered Quality Mulch Products, 265Hahnstown Road, on Monday and took an undetermined amount of cash,township police said.

LANCASTER: Taylor M. Wike, 20, of 731 Beaver St., was chargedafter he broke the window of a vehicle, causing $200 damage, Tuesdayin the 700 block of Beaver Street.

MANHEIM: Daniel Allen Eshleman, 24, of 44 Crescent Drive,Manheim, allowed constables into his home on April 26 so they couldlook for another person, borough police said. They saw drugparaphernalia in plain view and reported it to police, who chargedEshleman with possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

LANCASTER: Gregory A. Barndt, 43, of 324 N. Pine St., was chargedas the result of a domestic dispute Tuesday at his home.

MANHEIM TWP.: Ephrata state police pulled over Sergey Kleymush,26, of Lititz, after his vehicle weaved back and forth in the roadon Route 222 at Route 272 early Thursday morning, police said. Aroadside investigation was conducted and he was taken into custodyfor DUI. Charges will be filed before District Judge David Miller.

COLUMBIA: Christopher George Depalma, 26, of York, was stopped bystate police for a registration violation on Route 30, west of theRoute 441 exit, early Thursday morning and was subsequently arrestedfor DUI, state police said.

DENVER: Police stopped Alexandro Dinnocenzo, 22, of Denver, for amoving violation in the 300 block of Main Street at 1:36 a.m. onSunday, East Cocalico Township police said. Dinnocenzo is suspectedof DUI, as he exhibited signs of intoxication and failed sobrietytests. Charges are pending the results of a blood test.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Township police stopped Adam R. Kilhefner,21, Reinholds, for driving in an unsafe manner in the 2300 block ofNorth Reading Road on Sunday, they said. Kilhefner is suspected ofDUI, as he displayed signs of intoxication and failed sobrietytests. Charges are pending the results of a blood test.

LANCASTER: Hugo Torres-Perez, 34, of 228 N. Duke St., Apt. 2, wascharged after he threw an iPhone at a woman during a dispute Tuesdayin the 100 block of East King Street.

MANHEIM: Michael Lewis, 37, of 2002 W. Main St., Ephrata, wascited after he contacted a male and threatened to harm him in thefirst block of Crescent Drive on Sunday, borough police said.

ADAMSTOWN: Garvin Poole, 31, Denver, was charged after a domesticdisturbance at a home in the 200 block of East Main Street Sundaymorning, East Cocalico Township police said.

MANHEIM: Bengie Ann Blackburn, 45, of 59 S. Charlotte St.,Manheim, was cited after repeatedly contacting a female in the 100block of West High Street early on the morning of April 29, boroughpolice said.

ELIZABETH TWP.: State police have charged a northern LancasterCounty man with failing to provide an accurate address under thestate's Megan's Law.

Thomas E. Corbin Jr, 26, of 25 Pool Circle in Elizabeth Township,was arrested in 2010 for allegedly having inappropriate sexualdiscussions with a 12-year-old county girl he befriended through anInternet social networking website, police said.

Corbin was charged at that time with indecent assault andcorruption of minors, police said. He was arrested on Wednesday forviolating sexual offender regulations when he provided a phonyaddress, police said. He was arraigned and committed to LancasterCounty Prison.

NEW HOLLAND: A silver-colored 21-foot MGS steel trailer with flip-down ramps at the rear was taken from Case New Holland, 200 GeorgeDelp Road, on Wednesday. The trailer's registration number isXM11032.

ADAMSTOWN: A $200 XBox was stolen from a home in the 400 block ofAdamstown Road on April 25, East Cocalico Township police said.
